When investigating condensation sensors it is found increasingly that the condensation sensors handed in are OK or that the electrical lines are cut.
For this reason we would like to point out that you should proceed as per the valid work instructions when working on the condensation sensor AR42.10-W-0050A.
The work instructions AR42.10-W-0050A are stored in the WIS and contain the removal/installation as well as testing the condensation sensor.
As it is no longer possible to investigate damaged condensation sensors, costs submitted for this are no longer recognized as part of warranty/goodwill.
The customer can be spared unnecessary idle times by observing the work instructions AR42.10-W-0050A.
