Please remember that when installing a new rear axle differential with part number A 246 350 24 02 the code 195 has to then be entered into VeDoc.
Once the new rear axle differential has been installed and code 195 subsequently entered, the all-wheel drive control unit (N45) must then be programmed.
When installing a rear axle differential with part number A 246 350 18 02, these operation steps may not be conducted and the rear axle differential can then be replaced as described in the WIS.
On vehicles with code 195, the "old" rear axle differential A 246 350 18 02 must never be installed.
