Products and brands that are not referred to in the following Mercedes­Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids are not approved by Daimler AG and therefore they are not approved for Mercedes­Benz. As a consequence, engine performance may suffer severe restrictions or irreparable damaged may occur to the cooling system.

Products that are listed on various Mercedes­Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids are not necessarily compatible and therefore they may not be mixed with each other.
Mixtures of incompatible products can lead to severe restrictions or irreparable damage.
