For the installation and operation of the FleetBoard vehicle computer, it is necessary that the vehicle has the CODE (EX3) preparation for telematics and the CODE (EM7) PSM parameterizable special module pre-installed ex-factory or installed later according to the documents below.

Before starting the jobs, check the vehicle assembly CODES. In the field, the following assembly situations may exist.

Vehicles without the telematics electric wiring harness (CODE EX3), without support and electric wiring harness for the PSM module, consecutively, without the PSM module (CODE EM7).
