Air filter

remove, install (09-400).

Gas separator (6)

screw onto bracket (4), install bracket (4) at carburetor with M 535 hexagon bolts.

Fuel hose (11) approx. 560 mm

install.

Molded hose (5)

shorten to approx. 200 mm on side with small diameter, press plastic restrictor into hose (carburetor side), install hose.

Installed fuel return hose (2)

shorten far enough for approx. 40 mm to remain at carburetor, seal hose opening with rivet.

Fuel hose (7) approx. 120 mm

attach to gas separator return, fit protective hose (10) onto hose (7). Install check valve at hose (7), arrows at valve in return direction.

Fuel expansion hose (9) approx. 300 mm

install, fit protective hose (10) over check valve.

Fuel hoses with clamp (12)

secure; ensure it is routed without chafing points, run engine, check all connections for leaks.
