S98 Air conditioning operating module

S98s7 Rear air conditioning button

The rear heater is actuated using the rear air conditioning button (S98s7) integrated in the air conditioning operating module (S98). Activation of the rear heater is indicated by illumination of the red light emitting diode (LED) in the rear air conditioning button (S98s7). After activating the rear heater, the rear heater operating switch (S81/1) is actuated via a discrete line.

Thereby it is possible to control the temperature of the rear compartment with the rear heater operating switch (S81/1).
