Recirculating air pushbutton, function

Function

Pushing the recirculating air pushbutton ( ) activates the recirculation air flap actuator (M16/7), which opens the recirculation air flap by means of a mechanical control mechanism while at the same time cutting off the supply of fresh air.

When the manual recirculation air mode is active the LED in the recirculating air pushbutton ( ) illuminates. If the automatic recirculation air system is active the LED does not illuminate.

The recirculation air flap actuator (M16/7) is designed as a stepper motor.
