A26/1 Left front IR receiver

Location

The receiver unit is located in the driver door handle.

Task

The receiver unit receives infrared signals from the transmitter key (A8/1) and relays them to the left front door control unit (N69/1). The left front door control unit transmits the signal via interior CAN.

The following signals can be received:

- Global locking and unlocking central locking (CL)

- Selective unlocking

- Convenience opening and closing
