MODEL 639.601 /603 /605 /701 /703 /705 /711 /713 /811 /813 /815 with CODE (D27) Glass tilting/sliding roof, driver compartment

Denormalized state

The position of the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12) is not known. It is possible to move into two directions with the SR switch (N70s1), however, only via the "Close tilting/sliding roof" function, the "Open sliding" function or the "Open tilting roof" function. To save the mechanical end stop, e.g. in the "Open sliding roof" position, the SR motor (M12m1) is actuated in the "Open sliding roof" direction by pulling the SR switch (N70s1) to the pressure point toward the rear of the vehicle for t = 0.25 s, the SR motor (M12m1) is no longer actuated.

Only when the SR switch (N70s1) is actuated again the "Open sliding roof" position by pulling the SR switch (N70s1) to the pressure point toward the rear of the vehicle , the SR motor (M12m1) is again actuated for t = 0.25 s

Denormalization

Denormalization and deactivation of the SR motor (M12m1) is accomplished in the following cases:

When the battery is disconnected/connected (G1).

The tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12) exceeds the defined travel area by 25 motor rotations.

The position signal from front Hall sensor (SR) (M12b1) or front Hall sensor (SR) (M12b2) is missing for t > 160 ms in spite the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12) reverses direction.

The signal for rotation direction does not coincide with the defined running direction of the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12).

The SR switch (N70s1) is actuated for longer than 25 s.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Denormalization is not performed in the following cases:

If the Hall sensor supply is short-circuited as long as the reset for the overhead control panel control unit (N70) is not present.Actuation of the SR motor (M12m1) is deactivated.

If voltage is too low or too high as long as the overhead control panel control unit (N70) is not reset.Actuation of the SR motor (M12m1) is deactivated.

If circuit 15X is actuated.
