Function

Cylinder chamber Z7 in the master cylinder (2) is pressurized by the front axle steering (1) and moves the piston rod to the right. The hydraulic fluid is forced out of cylinder chamber Z1 towards the centering cylinder (3).

This pressurizes cylinder chamber Z6 in the centering cylinder (3) at steering angles greater than 5°.

This causes the piston rod of the centering cylinder (3) to move to the left and the trailing axle is steered to the left.
