A Oil output to the canister

B Worm shaft thread - spheres row

c Oil input of the hydraulic steering

Task

Transmit the direction movement of the steering wheel to the vehicle wheels smoothly and without effort, with the help of a hydraulic system.

Composition

Steering principle by circulating spheres.

The rotating valve (4) is connected at one side to the steering rod and at the other to a twisting bar (3). In its turn, the twisting bar is fixed to the worm shaft (2). The worm shaft is supported on both ends by axial bearings (1) (5) and in a row of spheres (B) integrated to the piston circulates at its outer thread . The conversion of the axial movement to radial movement is performed by the steering sector arm.
