The vacuum-actuated brake booster (27.04) works when the driver steps on the brake pedal, multiplying the applied force and activating the hydraulic cylinder (19.03).

The hydraulic cylinder (19.03) uses the oil of the tanks (34.02) and sends it to the wheels' hydraulic cylinders.
