5.04 Vacuum reservoir

a Vacuum circuit

Operation

The compressed air comes from connection 11 and, when aspirated by the vacuum pump (1.03) which is in the 21 reservoir connection (5.04), it generates vacuum.

This vacuum (total absence of air) accumulates in the reservoir (5.04) and is used by the brake system components.
