1.01 Air compressor
2.01 Pressure regulating valve
4.03 Four circuit protection valve
a Supply pressure
Operation
The air when being compressed by the compressor (1.01), follows to the pressure regulating valve (2.01), where the pneumatic pressure regulation is carried out.
Once regulated the compressed air follows to the four-circuit valve (4.03) that distributes the compressed air to the several pneumatic circuits of the brake system (service brake, parking brake, auxiliary circuits, etc). Besides guaranteeing a minimum pressure for each one of the circuits.
