operation
As the air is compressed by the compressor (1.01), it flows to the pressure regulating valve (2.01) and to the automatic drain valve (6.02) of the humid air tank (5.01).
The pressure regulating valve (2.01) regulates the pneumatic pressure and sends the compressed air to the humid air tank (5.01), which condenses the existing water. Once the condensation of the water is done, the compressed air follows to the check valve (8.02), which allows the passage of the air to the four-circuit protection valve (4.03), without allowing it to return by keeping the supplied circuit linked solemnly to connector 2, avoiding problems in case of leakage.
The four-circuit protective valve (4.03) supplies compressed air to the various pneumatic circuits of the brake system (service brake, parking brake, auxiliary circuits etc). As well as ensuring minimum pressure in each one of the circuits.
