The input speed sensors are located on the dual-clutch transmission housing.

Function

The sensor (1) records the rotational speed of the internal shaft. The sensor (2) records the rotational speed of the hollow shaft. The recorded rotational speeds are forwarded to the dual-clutch transmission control unit.
