The clutch installed is a diaphragm spring clutch with a diameter of 228 mm or 240 mm, respectively.
On 230 GE (model 461) clutch plate with torsion damping.
On 230 GE (model 461) as well as on all models 463, clutch plate without torsion damping as the engine is equipped with a two-mass flywheel.
Because of the restricted space conditions as a result of the two-mass flywheel, the clutch pressure plate has a smaller construction height.
