Guide vane location

The guide vane (1) is mounted in the array (2) and can be shifted axially.

Guide vane task

The extended guide vane (1) reduces the flow cross-section of the annular port and modifies the flow angle of the exhaust gases to the turbine, in order to increase the turbine power.
