Function

In position "2" (circuit 15) of the ignition key in the EIS control module (N73) the CDI control unit(N3/9) switches on the front SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/1).

The CDI control unit (N3/9) supplies the signal for preglowing to the glow output stage (N14/2) through a serial interface.
