Operating principle:
The resistance across the circuit decreases with increase in temperature of the incoming air.
The built in resistor in the electronic control unit and the thermistor in the sensor are connected in series so that the signal voltage has detected. Changes in accordance with change in thermistor resistance.

General check points:
Inspect wiring at plug connection for pin numbers 51 and 27 check and repair connection, if necessary.
Check the sensor for any mechanical damage and replace, if necessary.
Installation guidelines:
The sensor must be installed perpendicular to the socket provided to avoid uneven threading.
Ensure proper care in installing the sensor to avoid physical damage.
Apply specified torque.
