Center console remove.

Cover remove.

Ashtray housing remove.

Oddments compartment. remove.

Template W2677-4 glue onto ashtray housing and cut out rectangular recess.

Template W2616-4 glue onto center console and drill 4 holes

(dia. 25 mm).

Template W2617-4 Glue onto center console and drill 2 holes (dia. 60 mm and 18 mm). Then reinstall cover (2), ashtray housing (3) and oddments compartment (4) in center console.

Cable harness install. Route harness outside cable duct beneath driver's seat, inside cable duct along longitudinal member.

Extension bridge (part no. 999 545 25 02) attach to F2/12 (omitted on taxi version)..

Connector on red (rt) line connect to F2/12, terminal 30, socket B in fuse box (on taxi version: F2/12, terminal 30,

socket C).

Black (sw) Ground line connect to ground point W16/3. Then reinstall center console (1).

Insulating elements Fit onto insides of console. To do so, first fit narrow side of insulating elements into top of undercut, then press bottom part against side of console.

Cool-box insert into center console

Cool-box connector pass through 18 mm dia. hole drilled in front end of center console and connect to

coupling (15).

Sealing plate fit onto cool-box (12). Clean inside of cover (2). Remove protective foil from adhesive tape on sealing plate. Press cover (2) firmly onto sealing plate.
