Put lower left front perforated plate (3) in position and drill Ø 4.2 mm holes

 Use existing bores in the perforated plates as a drilling template. Remove drill chips and coat bores using anticorrosion paint.

 Zinc dust paint

Remove protective foil (9) near the bores

Coat perforated plate contact surface (arrow) to the body with adhesive

Rivet perforated plate (3) using four blind rivets, then attach using the remaining rivets



Retrofit upper left front perforated plate (4)

Install left rear perforated plate (2)

 Work procedure same as perforated plate (3). Install perforated plate (2) so that its upper edge aligns with the upper edge of perforated plate (4).

Install sliding door perforated plate (7)

 Work procedure same as perforated plate (3); rework perforated plate (7) near the inner door opening mechanism if necessary.

Install right rear perforated plate (8)

 Work procedure same as perforated plate (3).
On vehicles with an interior lamp: rework perforated plate (8) near the interior lamp if necessary.

Install rear-end door perforated plate (1)

 Work procedure same as perforated plate (3)

12

Pull off protective foils (9)
