| According to the job to be carried out, it is not necessary to remove all components. Remove only one part parcel-holder boxes plates, without removing the bunk mattress. | ||
1 | Remove the bunk mattress (1). | Remove completely only the top hex head bolts (4) of the outside hinges. The other screws are only to be slackened. Remove the bunk hinges from above. | |

2 | Remove the restraint belt (3). | Only if necessary. | |
3 | Remove the parcel-holder box (12). | ||
4 | Remove the front plate of the parcel-holder box (17). | ||
5 | Remove the front lateral plates (14) and (19) of the parcel-holder boxes. | When removing the driver side front plate (14), remove the air outlet diffuser and the connecting pipe of the independent heating. | |
6 | Remove the rear walls (5) and (9) on the left and right parcel-holder boxes. | ||
7 | Remove the rear wall (7) on the center parcel-holder box. | ||
8 | Remove the intermediate plates (21) and (22). | ||
9 | Install in reverse order. |
