Removing

Remove rear seat cushion cover

Disconnect electrical line (2) at left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7)

Cut cutout (arrow) for electrical line (2) of new left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7) in old heater pad

The new left rear seat heater pads (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pads (R13/7) will be glued onto the old heater pads.

Install

Apply adhesive to old left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7)

Adhesive, Loctite IS 495

Feed electrical line (2) of new left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7) into cutout (arrow) at padding (1)

Align new left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7) on old left rear seat heater pad (R13/5) or right rear seat heater pad (R13/7) and glue on

Install rear seat cushion cover
