Remove/install

Turn key in ignition switch to position "0".

On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off

Remove seat cushion

Position front seat in center height position

Remove bolt (1)

Disconnect electrical connector (3) from driver rear seat height adjustment motor (M27/2)

Unscrew bolt (2)

Remove driver rear seat height adjustment motor (M27/2)

In doing this, push front seat at backrest downward in order to counteract the pretension of the spring!

Install in the reverse order

Carry out function check
