Remove head restraint on left or right front seat

Release catch hooks (2) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) by sliding to the side (arrow)

Remove catch hook (2) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) and detach electrical connector (1)

Install in the reverse order
