Remove seat-back lining from front seat backrest

Release catch hooks (2) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) by sliding to the side (arrow)

Remove head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) and detach electrical connector (1)

Install in the reverse order
