1 | Removing front seat backrest upholstery | ||
2 | Remove body-bound rivets (1) from backrest frame at top and side and fold the multicontour backrest retaining plate (2) forward | Installation: reinsert the clips of the multicontour backrest retaining plate (2) into the tensioning wire. Ensure correct seating of the multicontour backrest retaining plate (2). | |
3 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) at left front head restraint motor (M27/4) or right front head restraint motor (M28/4) | ||
4 | Remove securing clips (4) | ||
5 | Remove left front head restraint motor (M27/4) or right front head restraint motor (M28/4) | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order |
