Remove/Install

Remove the backrest frame (1) without backrest adjuster (6) from the left or right front seat

Remove the seat cushion from the left or right front seat

On front seats without code (873) heated seats, left and right front seats

On front seats with code (873) heated seats, left and right front seats

Remove tie strap (3) and disconnect the electrical connector (4)

Installation: replace tie straps (3).

Remove the screws (5) at the backrest adjuster (6) on both left and right sides

Remove the backrest adjuster (6) with left front backrest angle motor (M27/5) or with right front backrest angle motor (M28/5) from the seat cushion frame

Install in the reverse order
