Remove/install

Remove front seat and lay it on its side.

AR91.10-P-1000XG

 To allow the driver seat height adjustment seat adjustment motor (M27/10) or the front passenger seat height adjustment seat adjustment motor (M28/10) to be removed, the front seat must not be standing upright.

Disconnect electrical connector (5).

Remove retaining ring (1).

 Installation: Check the retaining ring (1) and replace if necessary.

Remove the screw (3).

 Note left-hand thread of screw/bolt (3). Bolt (3) is shorter than the bolts (2).

Unscrew bolts (2).

 Installation: Replace the screws (2).

Remove driver seat height adjustment seat adjustment motor (M27/10) or front passenger seat height adjustment seat adjustment motor (M28/10).

Install in reverse order.
