Remove front seat backrest padding

Disconnect electrical connector (1) from pneumatic pump

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from controller unit (3)

Unhook springs (4)

Extraction hook

Lift spring frame (6) out of brackets (arrows A)

Unhook spring frame (6) out of openings (arrows B)

To do this, swivel the spring frame (6) upwards.

Completely remove spring frame (6) with lumbar support (7)

The lumbar support (7) consists of spring frame (6), air cushion of lumbar support (7), pneumatic pump and controller unit (3).

Install in the reverse order

Check air cushion of lumbar support (7) for proper operation
