Detach cable ties (4).

Installation: Install new cable tie (4).

Unhook lumbar support pneumatic pump (M25/4, M25/5) with protective sleeve from seat backrest frame.


The lumbar support pneumatic pump (M25/4, M25/5) must not be removed from its protective sleeve.
Otherwise, the lumbar support pneumatic pump (M25/4, M25/5) may be damaged.

Disconnect electrical connection (6).

Detach electrical connector (7).

Unhook lumbar support electropneumatic controller unit (N32/23, N32/24) from spring element (5) and route forward, between seat backrest frame and spring element (5).

Route lumbar support pneumatic pump (M25/4, M25/5) forward, between seat backrest frame and spring element (5).

Mark installation position of air cushion unit (3) on spring element (5).

Unhook and remove air cushion unit (3) from spring element (5).

Installation: Observe markings.

Install in the reverse order
