Remove, Install

Remove front seat backrest

Remove front seat backrest upholstery (4) from backrest frame

Remove clamp for electric inflator to backrest frame (3)

Push backrest padding (5) in slightly and pull electric air pump (M14/11 on left and M14/12 on right) with solenoid valve (Y82 on left and Y82/1 on right) and control valve (1) out of backrest frame.

Remove regulator valve (1)

Disconnect pneumatic line (2) and remove regulator valve (1).

Installation: set control valve (1) to level 5.

Remove plastic protective sleeve (6)

Remove screws for plastic protecting sleeve (6) and pull it out of backrest frame (6).

Separate electrical wire for solenoid valve (Y82 on left and Y82/1 on right) at the connector (X54/15 on left and X54/16 on right) and disconnect the pneumatic line from the solenoid valve

Remove electric air pump and solenoid valve from the backrest frame.

Separate air pump electric wire (M14/11 on left and M14/12 on right) at the connector and extract from the backrest frame

Pull off pneumatic line for electric air pump (M14/11 on left and M14/12 on right)

Remove electric air pump (M14/11 on left and M14/12 on right)

Install in the reverse order

Run an operational check on the multicontour seat
