Remove/install

Remove respective seat cushion padding of passenger bench seat in second row

Remove respective backrest padding from passenger bench seat, 2nd row

AR91.21-S-5452EE

Expose electrical wiring harness (2) at seat frame (5)

Remove bolts (3)

Remove screw/bolts (4)

Remove seat cushion frame (1) from backrest frame (8)

Lift seat cushion frame (1) in direction of arrow and remove from the guides (7) towards the front

 Installation: Check roller bearings (6).
Grease roller bearings (6) and guides (7).
Check correct seating of roller bearings (6) in guides (7).

Long-life grease

If roller bearings (6) are damaged



Replace roller bearings (6)

Install in the reverse order



Carry out function check for backrest inclination of passenger bench seat in second row
