Remove respective head restraint.

Release head restraint guides (1) on both sides as shown and pull out upward.

Observe assembly position of head restraint guides (1).
Release catch hooks on head restraint guides (1) one after another.

Installation: Replace head restraint guides (1).
Push new head restraint guides (1) all the way into guides. Catch hooks only engage automatically when the correct assembly position is reached.
