Remove headrests

Open zipper on the rear seat backrest cover

Fold up rear seat backrests

Press in catch hooks (arrows) using a suitable screwdriver and pull head restraint guides (1) up and out

Note installation position of head restraint guides (1).

Installation: Do not get backrest cover (2) caught between head restraint guides (1) and rear seat backrest frame (3).

Install in the reverse order

Remove/install rear seat backrest head restraint guides
