Remove/install rear seat backrest

Remove

1

Remove upholstery with cover (3) of left rear seat backrest (1)

Fold left rear seat backrest (1) forward by approx. 45°

 Helper needed to hold it.

Remove nut (6) and bolts (4)

Take out left backrest frame (5)



Install

Insert left backrest frame (5) and position at an angle of approx. 45°

 Helper needed to hold it.

Screw in nut (6) and bolts (4)

 Replace screws (4).

Do not tighten the bolts (4) and nut (6) fully.

Place left backrest frame (5) in a vertical position

 See Operator's Manual

Place upholstery with cover (3) over the left backrest frame (5)

 Upholstery with cover (3) is required to align the left backrest frame (5).

Fold over left rear seat backrest (1) and right rear seat backrest (2)

 See Operator's Manual

Align left rear seat backrest (1) with the right rear seat backrest (2)

Tighten nut (6)



Place right rear seat backrest (2) in a vertical position

Tighten bolts (4)



Fold up left rear seat backrest (1)

 See Operator's Manual

Check that the left rear seat backrest (1) is aligned with the right rear seat backrest (2)

16

Install upholstery with cover (3) of the left rear seat backrest (1)
