Remove/install

Remove passenger bench seat

Unlock right-hand backrest of front passenger bench seat and fold down

Carefully lift the backrest trim (2) on one side of the backrest with an assembly wedge (3) until the catch hook (2.1) on this side of the backrest is accessible

 Removal:
Carefully lift the backrest trim (2).
Risk of breakage of catch hook (2.1).

 Mounting wedge

Unlock and unclip the catch hook (2.1) in the direction of the arrow (arrow B) using a suitable tool (4)

 Removal: Leave the assembly wedge (3) on this side of the backrest inserted in order to prevent the unclipped catch hook (2.1) from engaging again.

Carefully lift the backrest trim (2) on the other side of the backrest with an assembly wedge (3) until the catch hook (2.1) on this side of the backrest is accessible

 Removal:
Carefully lift the backrest trim (2).
Risk of breakage of catch hooks (2.1).

 Mounting wedge

Unlock and unclip the catch hook (2.1) in the direction of the arrow (arrow B) using a suitable tool (4)

Pull backrest trim (2) approx. 2 to 3 cm downwards and remove from backrest frame

 Installation: Ensure that guides (2.2) are correctly seated on the backrest frame.

Install in the reverse order
