Wear protective respiratory mask, protective gloves and safety glasses. Pour adhesive only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Detach waistrail strip (1) at side windows

 Long wedge

 The waistrail strip is designed as a three-piece element

 Do not bend waistrail strip while detaching

Installing

Remove residues of adhesive tape and sealing glue



Clean area to be glued with activator

  Allow contact surfaces to air dry for at least 15 min. .

Attach double-sided adhesive tape (2) to outsides of waistrail strip

Apply thin bead of sealing glue (3) between adhesive strips

Align waistrail strip (1) and glue on

 Fill interval between waistrail strip in transition area to left A-pillar from top and bottom with sealing glue. Mask surrounding area.
