1 | Loosen waistrail strip (2) on clamping elements | To avoid damage to the waistrail strip, pry off only in the area of the clamping elements. Remove damaged clamping elements, for this purpose lift retaining lug over retaining pin with thin screwdriver, move away to side and remove. | |
| Install | ||
2 | Replace clamping element (1) | Position on retaining pin, slightly move to side with hammer until retaining lug catches. | |
3 | Mark position of clamping elements (1) on body surface with chalk | ||
4 | Install waistrail strip (2) | Press onto clamping elements with ball of hand. Press on waistrail strip only in area of clamping elements. |
