Remove/install

Remove expansion clips (2)

Remove expansion clip (3)

Unscrew sheet metal screw (4).

Unscrew plastic nuts (5) on side underfloor paneling (6).

 Number of plastic nuts (5) varies according to vehicle version.

Open front door and remove front entrance paneling (7).

 Carefully loosen expansion clips (arrows A) and catch lugs (arrow B) with mounting wedge.

Open rear door and remove rear entrance paneling (8).

 Carefully loosen expansion clips
(arrows C) and catch lugs (arrow D) with mounting wedge.

Remove expansion clips (9)

 Number of expansion clips (9) varies according to vehicle version.

Tilt longitudinal member paneling (1) toward rear around longitudinal axis and remove downward

 Do not damage paint on grub screws of mount for side underfloor paneling.

Install in the reverse order
