Remove/install

Unscrew bolts (14) and nut (13) on mud flap (15) and remove mud flap from bumper corner section.

Fold up pulling device cover

Unscrew bolts (2, 3 and 4) in upper area of bumper corner section

Unscrew bolts (7) on right hinge (6) from pulling device

Unscrew bolts (5 and ) from paneling (8) on pulling device

Fold out step on center of bumper

Unscrew bolts (12) in lower area of bumper corner section

Remove plastic expansion rivet (10).

Unscrew bolts (11) from headlamp and fold out headlamp

Remove electrical connector from headlamp

Unscrew bolts (1) from entrance

Lift bumper corner section off of frame crossmember and disconnect electrical connector from turn signal lamp and front fog lamp.

Installation: When replacing bumper corner section, remove reusable components and install on new corner section.

Install in the reverse order

Check headlamp, correct

Check and correct headlamp adjustment
