Unscrew bolts (11) with step (12)

Only vehicles with code F7Y (left/right cab entrance, movable).

Remove screws (10)

Remove screws/bolts (8)

Remove retaining clip (9)

Only when retaining clip (9) is installed.

Unscrew bolts (2) and expose electrical lines

Unscrew bolts (4) and remove spray nozzle (3)

Only vehicles with CODE L3Z (Headlamp cleaning system).

Remove bolts (7)

Remove bumper side section (6)

Disassemble bumper side section (6)

Only if bumper side section (6) is replaced.

Assemble bumper side section (6)

Install bumper side section (6) and fasten with bolts (7)

Fasten electrical lines

Tighten bolts (10) together with bolts (7)

Tighten screw/bolts (8)

Install retaining clip (9)

Only when retaining clip (9) is installed.

Install spray nozzle (3) and tighten with bolts (4)

Install step (12) and tighten with bolts (11)
