Remove

Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Switch off water pump

See Owner's manual.

Unscrew protective cover (2)

Open drain valve (1)

See Owner's manual.

Wait until fresh water tank is empty.

Unscrew drain valve (1)

Counterhold union nut (3) with suitable tool.

Install

Check condition of square neck seal (6)

If square neck seal (6) is visibly damaged, replace to prevent leakages.

Screw on drain valve (1)

Wrap suitable sealing tape around thread on elbow (1)

Remove bolt (5)

Only when installing new drain valve (1)

Reposition lever (4)

Only when installing new drain valve (1)

Remove lever (4) and reinstall 180° offset to ensure proper function of the drain valve (1).

Fill fresh water tank

See Owner's manual.

Check drain valve (1) for leakage and proper function.
