Remove auxiliary heater/heater booster control unit (3)

Remove cover (6)

Remove cover (2) from combustion air blower (4)

Remove cover (1) from jacket housing (9)

Remove bracket (13)

Pull out temperature sensor (11) and overheating sensor (12)

Remove combustion air blower (4) from jacket housing (9)

Remove cover plate (10)

 Installation: Replace seal and clean sealing surface.

Pull combustion chamber with downpipe (5) out of heat exchanger (8)

Remove sealing ring (7)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring (7).

Pull heat exchanger (8) out of jacket housing (9)

 Installation: Align groove in heat exchanger (8) with bar in jacket housing (9).

Install in the reverse order
