1 | Switch off roof air conditioning | See Operating Instructions | |
2 | Remove web-type fuse | Of roof air conditioning in engine compartment | |
3 | Remove cover of roof air conditioning on vehicle roof | ||
4 | Remove motor (1) | Motor of roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor | |
5 | Remove V-belt (2) of the refrigerant compressor (6) | ||
6 | Detach electrical connector from low pressure switch (3) | ||
7 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) | ||
8 | Unscrew nuts (5). | ||
9 | Remove ground line (7) | ||
10 | Unscrew bolts (8) from carrier plate (9) | ||
11 | Remove carrier plate (9) | To do this, slightly lift up refrigerant compressor (6). Refrigerant compressor (6) does not have to be disconnected from refrigerant system (flexible refrigerant lines). | |
12 | Unscrew nuts (10) | ||
13 | Remove vibration damper (11) | ||
14 | Install in the reverse order |
