1 | Remove the AC compressor electrical connector (1) and high pressure pipe and low pressure pipe (2) from AC compressor | ||
| Refill compressor oil of air conditioning system | ||

Ensure to recover refrigerant before removing any pipe from HVAC system. | |||
Installation: On completion the work, fill the AC refrigerant gas recommended quantity in HVAC system. | |||
2 | Remove the AC compressor high pressure pipe and low pressure pipe (3) clamp from AC compressor bracket | ||
3 | Remove the high pressure pipe joint (4) from high pressure pipe | ||
4 | Remove the low pressure pipe joint (5) from low pressure pipe | ||
5 | Remove the high pressure and low pressure pipe (6) clamp from radiator and condenser brackets | ||
6 | Remove high pressure pipe joint mounting bolt (7) from high pressure pipe between AC compressors to condenser | ||
7 | Remove the high pressure pipe (8) from condenser | ||
8 | Remove the high pressure pipe between condenser to AC receiver drier (9) from condenser | ||
9 | Remove the condenser (10) mounting bolts (4 Nos) from radiator bracket | ||
10 | Remove the low pressure pipe joint (11) from low pressure pipe | ||
11 | Remove the high pressure pipe bracket (12) clamp from condenser bracket | ||
12 | Disconnect the AC receiver drier electrical connector (13) | ||
13 | Remove the inlet pipe (14) from AC receiver drier | By using 22 mm open-end wrench | |
14 | Remove the outlet pipe (15) from AC receiver drier | By using 22 mm open-end wrench | |
15 | Remove the inlet and outlet pipe (16) from thermal expansion valve | ||
16 | Remove the AC receiver drier mounting nuts (17) from cabin fire wall | ||
17 | Remove the low pressure pipe between expansion valve to AC compressor clamp from cabin frame | ||
18 | Remove the high pressure pipe between condenser to AC receiver drier clamp from cabin fire wall | ||
19 | Install in the reverse order |
