1 | Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove cover (2) | ||
2 | Unclip blend air flap (3) from bracket (4) towards the front | ||
3 | Remove blend air flap (3) from blend air flap actuator motor (A32m4) | ||
4 | Remove bolts (5) | ||
5 | Route blend air flap actuator motor (A32m4) out until the electrical connection (6) is accessible | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connection (6) and remove blend air flap actuator motor (A32m4) | ||
7 | Undo bolts (7) and remove bracket (8) | Only when the bracket (8) or the blend air flap actuator motor (A32m4) is replaced. | |
Installation: Observe installation position of bracket (8). | |||
8 | Install in the reverse order |
