Danger!

Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.

Remove hood

Remove wiper arm

Remove luggage compartment tray

Remove antenna rod

Unscrew bolts (1) on top of fender

Unscrew bolts (6) between fender and A-pillar

Open doors.

Unscrew bolts (4) at bottom of door sill

Remove expansion rivets (5) at bottom of wheelhouse lining

Turn wheels to lock

Unhook fender from assembly stop

Do not damage retainer tabs on assembly stop as the CBS Front will no longer be guided.

Pull the fender at the back upwards and outwards slightly.

Unscrew screws (7) on air inlet (2) to body

Pull off air inlet (2) forwards

Installation: Hook up air inlet under windshield.

Pull off hose (3) of windshield washer system at air inlet (2)

Remove air inlet (2)

14

Install in the reverse order
