Remove heater housing

Disassemble/assemble

Remove heater regulating valve

Remove seal (4)

Installation: Clean sealing surface.
Install new seal (4).

Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove heater housing cover (2)

Remove heat exchanger (3) from the heater housing (5)

Assemble in the reverse order

Install

Install heater unit
